Hi guys,
A few months ago I pre-ordered E29 Punk, Harper and Rowan and loose E17 Kelly Kelly.
Every recent post of peoples receivings made me more excited to get them, as I'm sure we all do.
I got my shipping notice last week and yesterday picked up my package, but when I opened it I got instead E29 Goldust, E28 Cena and Bryan and a loose E16 Punk.
I emailed RSC along with a pic and this morning I received a very nice email apologising for the error and saying I could keep the items (!)
This is very kind indeed from RSC, and I've been doing business with them for almost 7 years now; first time something like this had happened.
I just wanted to share my appreciation that RSC made an honest mistake and has rectified it, along with letting me keep four figures I didn't plan on getting, but now will look at them fondly as a reminder of great customer satisfaction from a company I've dealt with for a long time.

They're customer service is absolutely stellar. I use them all the time and I've never had any issues with them.

I ordered an elite loose figure from them and got a basic instead. Now my e-mail receipt says basic but I never would have even looked up the basic figure to then proceed to add to my cart and then check out with (considering I had the fig bookmarked in my browser too)... I asked them if anything could be done and they told me to stick it - so good for you cuz I still don't like them lol It probably was my fault but I still think it was a glitch somehow. I don't want this figure and I hate basics... I would have liked some kind of response other than too bad for you, but what can you do? Glad they hooked you up. My lesson learned - make sure I check my receipt before they send my order out haha

Not a fan of them at the moment. Recently ordered a loose Bam Bam from them and the thing came scratched to hell and back.

I've had my ups and downs with them. Ive ordered a lot from them and haven't had too many problems in that sense, but the problems I did I always found the customer service to be dodgy at best.
Glad you got everything worked out though.
