They messed up my order twice. Which isn't bad considering all that I order.
The first time they sent me two Elite 10 Big Shows (that came with the tag titles) instead of Elite 11 Punk. But it was right after the Pipebomb & Punk was red hot. That time I had to send the Shows back and it took me about a month to get my Punk.
Second time I order Tamina and they sent me basic Ambrose. Which sounds like a win for me, except I already had Ambrose and needed Tamina. They let me keep the Ambrose and sent me Tamina free of charge. Loved it!!

Not a fan of them at the moment. Recently ordered a loose Bam Bam from them and the thing came scratched to hell and back. I know, I ordered the ASR, ECW CM Punk, and about 6 loose figures, so when I opened it up the loose figures were unprotected inside, sprinkled over the two boxes, loose Kofi was pressed into the window of ECW Punk, there was also a sorry/refund slip inside because they couldn't find the Morrison figure that I'd ordered with the rest of this stuff months ago and was looking forward to finally owning, it was pretty disappointing. |

To the OP, that's really awesome of them.
To people complaining that Ringside should be responsible somehow for paint application errors on Mattels end, that's just ludicrous. Everyone's perception of a "good" paintjob are different and you would expect them to know what you consider a great paint app? Think about it.
They have no control over the quality control, they only ship what they have been given and they don't play favorites, as suggesting that they take yours with the paint slop back is that it is okay for them to send it to others but not yourself.
Online retail is a game like that. You just have to accept that it is what it is. Their exclusives are one thing, but everything else they carry is at mass retail, and if you're picky (and this isn't an attack because I am very picky) then wait for retail.

I once ordered a ziggler baf teddy long and they sent me the walmart t-shirt series ziggler instead. wrote them an email and got the ziggler I wanted a few days later.
does that mean the back orders are going to ship this week? any clue when if not this week..

Nice. They usually do a great job taking care of their customers.
Also just because he got those now doesn't mean they are back in stock they usually keep a few cases back for any mix ups similar to this so they can correct the problem quickly and efficiently.

You've had better luck than me. I have paint issues with the new exclusive Rock and they basically told me to kick rocks. To be fair, "paint issues" on a mass produced figure, is a bit different to receiving the entirely wrong order. |
