Yeah wrong place..but to answer your question put your or a flat head screw driver under the head or put your thumb under the head and just push it.

Heat the head with a hair dryer for about a minute. Then sqeeze the neck very firmly and push up the chin until the head pops off. If you squeez the neck hard enough the post/stem will stay in the neck and not come out in the head. PJ

Stick the figure in warm water for a minute and just pop the head right off with your thumbs.
Don't use screwdrivers or hair dryers.... they leave marks.

While we're on the subject of sticking a figures head in water, do they have metal parts in because my dad said i couldn't put a figure in water because the metal parts inside will rust.

Nope, they don't. It's all plastic (or whatever material Jakks makes their figs out of).

I let the wind dry my hair ;D, but I suppose you should have taken the figures out off the hot water sooner.

With a guillotine. It's a tad barbaric, and outdated, but you can also use a sword. I'd be careful if I were you, everything youve seen on CSI is real and they'll probally catch you. lol.

Yikes. A hella lot of threads asking about removing heads and such. Here's a reply from another thread I left: Use a hairdryer. On high heat, heat the head all the way around (gotta keep rotating or it won't heat all the way through). When it gets softer (usually after a minute), it's ready to be pulled off. Gently pull off. Much cleaner and better than water. Water can discolor the figure. To get the head to harden back, stick it in the freezer for about a minute; remove. Let sit for another minute to thaw. After that, it'll be good as new.
