I just finished my first Mattel custom and although I'm pretty proud of how it turned out, I feel like it's missing one detail that would make it perfect.
I made a 90's Hogan using the Jakks finishing moves head. I removed the beard and painted the bandana red. I need a "Hulk Rules" decal for the front of the bandana but I'm having a hard time making one. Michaels and Staples didn't have any decal paper that would work.
Can any of you more experienced customizers help a newbie out?
