He is YEARS away from being ready. Not to mention, Ambrose is out popping him already. Hell, Jack Swagger out popped him for gods sake.. This is WWE we're talking about. They gave Sheamus a run with the title. And he'll never be ready. He was alright by his 2012 title run, but they killed him my burying Bryan, which made Bryan more over than ever.

So the word around the locker room is that Lesnar will win the title at Summerslam and defend the title at WM31? Is no one questioning this at all? He'll make one appearance a MONTH at that rate if we're lucky, unless they tweaked his contract. Otherwise the people claiming Brock is guaranteed the title at SS are wrong, this report is wrong, or the WWE is going to have a champion less present that Bryan was during his two months of misfortune. If Brock does win the title, no way could I see them hot potatoing it back and forth til Mania

There's also an above average chance that Rollins is actually WWE Champion before Reigns though, which is sensational imo. They might be on the verge of crowning Reigns as the next golden boy but it's Rollins that has the golden case.

Man...JR said this in his blog about a week ago.
Then somehow the dirt sheet reporters turn this into a "news piece"
If Lesnar keeps both world titles from Summerslam - Mania get used to TV/PPVs without a World champ. I guess we could always have a couple random Cena vs Kane/Show/ADR/Sheamus/Orton feuds to get us through that time. Sounds fun.
I can see Lesnar vs reigns at mania for sure. But it's pretty much impossible that Lesnar would hold the titles from Aug-April. He will never for a FACT never go back on the road full time. He hates it more than anything else.
Lesnar should beat Cena into a bloody pulp at SSlam. Take the belts to NOC where he loses to a returning Daniel Bryan in a mat classic.
Lesnar beats Bryan at Rumble, Reigns wins rumble, Reigns vs Brock WM31
That'd actually be pretty badass

It's going to be some kind of stipulation match and Cena is going to figure out a way to get over on Brock. At which point Brock will wreck him and Rollins will cash-in the case.

"I believe it when I see it?" Umm... what? You've been watching it happen for the past 6-12 months. It should be obvious to anyone with eyes that they're putting him in the spotlight.

But this isn't next months big match, it's 8 months away. I'm confident he'll be far improved by then. I don't Want him to be rushed into a WWE Champion run just yet.He Just became a solo star and Is now on his own.He Needs time to develop.Lets just give him a IC title to see how is as a solo champion.Orton and Cena both started off as Mid card champions and later worked there way to WWE and World title runs I don't see why Roman can't go that same route as well.I just thinks its too soon hes gonna need more than just 8 months. I get your point, but Orton was still a mid-card guy when he won his first title. Reigns is killing it right now and if his popularity continues to grow over the next 5 months, then I think he's a very logical choice to headline WrestleMania.

Everyone keeps saying how amazing he is...but I don't get it. Am I missing something? I am not arguing that WWE is building him up to be the next guy, but what singles match has had that's great? A promo that's great? "I believe it when I see it?" Umm... what? You've been watching it happen for the past 6-12 months. It should be obvious to anyone with eyes that they're putting him in the spotlight. Thanks for singling me out, but to answer your retort, I don't think the dirtsheets have a crystal ball. You are all taking this as if it's legitimate news and it's nothing more than speculative nonsense. Still, as previously stated, I do think they are building Reigns up. But where is it set in stone that he is facing Lesnar for the title?

Reigns is not even close to being ready to be a mega face of the company. The guy cant talk on the mic, He is still green as hell in the ring. He will never be a guy like Austin/Cena on the mic. You need to be able to talk to be a "face of the company".

Honestly, I think he's almost the same as Cena (it makes me happy when someone bashes Cena and in the same breath calls Reigns a fresh breath of air). I'm fine with him getting a big push because WWE needs a big guy to main event. As far as I'm concerned I'd much rather have him in that spot than Sheamus...

Honestly if they are going to cement Reigns as the next top guy, it needs to be over Cena not Lesnar.

I think putting Regins with Rollins and Ambrose helped him develope as a wrestler. He is going to be the next big star for sure. Helped him with protective booking maybe, as in they do all the work and he comes in for 45 seconds and gets all the credit. All Rollins and Ambrose ever did was get whooped and have to have papa Reigns come in and help them. They looked like geeks. I told you all that was the plan. I'm okay with it. I like Reigns. He has lineage. He's entertaining. He has cool music. He is over. And he isn't Cena. But here's what'll happen: he'll start getting booed by the adult males because it'll become the "cool" thing to do because his matches won't be thirty-forty five minute chain wrestling matches. He'll have him a "5 moves of doom" and he'll essentially become the new John Cena. He'll be over whith women and children, SL tons of merchandise, thus making him WWE's top guy for years. Hint: WWE doesn't cater to the "Cena sucks" type of crowd because they know we'll still watch. So lineage and cool music is a reason to push someone? That's ridiculous. He should have to earn something, I mean he can't work a match, he can't talk and he has been carried his entire career. Good! I like roman reigns a hell of a lot better than cena. Not for long, he'll start with the colored shirts and things of the like soon enough. Once you're a top face now they strip you of everything that made you popular. Reigns is not even close to being ready to be a mega face of the company. The guy cant talk on the mic, He is still green as hell in the ring. He will never be a guy like Austin/Cena on the mic. You need to be able to talk to be a "face of the company". Got it. But others will tell you that he doesn't have to talk on the mic because it doesn't fit his character. Which is also bullshit. I'd like to see it happen. It would be an good match and very physical. And either about 3 minutes long or Reigns will be in a rest hold 3/4 of the match.
