Cena vs Lashley is the main one for me. Cena's matches with Umaga and Khali that year too, but the Lashley one moreso because I don't think anybody in the world cared about it or thought it would be good, and it turned out fantastic.
Sheamus vs Barrett #8758757809509457645655279439564112878724343325 this year during one of the midcard tournaments, too. The one that Barrett won with the Bullhammer when Sheamus was diving through the ropes. Wasn't expecting much because of how many times they'd wrestled before, but it was really good.
