We just arrived at Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa for tonight's Smackdown and Main Event. The rain is pouring but the crowd is excited!
The first dark match - a local talent from Montreal named Leroy lost to Sin Cara. Some decent "Lets go Leroy" chants.
The Main Event taping starting at 7:15 pm with the last man standing match. Sheamus retains the title against Alberto Del Rio.
They just officially announced Chris Jericho vs Bray Wyatt at Battleground.
The cast of Total Divas beat Nikki Bella in a 5 on 1 handicap match.
Lillian Garcia comes out to sing O Canada. Then Smackdown starts with Rusev and Roman Reigns in an promo in the ring.
AJ Lee beat Cameron.
They announced AJ vs Paige for Battleground.
Adam Rose beat Fandango by count out when Fandango tried to keep Layla and Summer Rae from brawling on the outside.
The Usos beat Heath Slater and Titus O'Neil. They announced the Usos vs the Wyatts at Battleground in a best of 3 falls match.
Randy Orton hit an RKO on Chris Jericho to win after Jericho was distracted by the Wyatts music.
Summer Rae vs Layla never got started as guest referee Fandango was more into himself than the ladies so Summer and Layla teamed up and attacked Fandango. Then they danced together as Fandango watched.
Goldust beat Curtis Axel in singles action. Stardust was full of antics outside the ring.
Bo Dallas beat Los Matador and El Torito in a handicap match.
In the Main Event of Rusev vs Roman Reigns, Reigns won by DQ when Randy Orton interfered. Orton then RKOed Reigns to end the show. After Smackdown ended, Reigns speared Orton to conclude the evening.
