Pretty stumped, has a very unique body. Assumed it was a different Jakks line or something but it says 2004 WWE. Thought it was Jim Cornette but too thin.. Thanks for any help guys!! i.imgur.com/vzwjjWQ.jpg

Thanks a ton guys, I didn't even know this figure existed. Jakks definitely should have used this smaller body mold more, its kinda strange looking too haha since it doesn't look like most of the big Jakks figures

They used the small/skinny suit mold for the Jimmy Lennon (from Rocky III) figure from the Rocky line as well and IIRC that came out before the Harvey Whippleman/Giant Gonzalez set.
