this is a sincere question did the movie The Crow start the emo trend/look?? I get what you're saying, lol. But, no. It's been around for much longer than that, just look at Robert Smith from any old Cure video. ah, thanks |

Lita, the Junkyard Dog, Bobby Heenan and Captain Lou Albano all say having a shirt on WWE Shop doesn't mean squat. But yeah, it's been a forgone conclusion for months that Sting was going to sign something with WWE. So yes, I figure is inevitable. Where are all the people that said Sting would never sign with WWE? It actually means something. Mattel isn't just gonna make whatever. They're gonna make what's gonna sell. Kits might, but probably not JYD because most of the smaller kids don't know who he is. Same with Lou. Sting, is very popular, and some little kids may know who he is through TNA or from WCW dvd's. Sting would be a TOP seller. I know Lita could sell, but we still never got a NO for her. |

Mattel can't do WCW belts. Explain the belt that came with E16 Nash very easy. it was wwe's version of the world heavyweight championship with nwo painted on it. they do have the rights to that world heavyweight title and the nwo logo. |

It's been around for much longer than that, just look at Robert Smith from any old Cure video. just realized that Edward Scissorhands was before The Crow anyway as far as an 'emo' look goes in mainstream movies - not that it's before what you mentioned, just that the crow wasn't as old as I'd thought |

If Mattel can show Sting and Hogan at the same event (comic con) that will be freakin awesome. Hogan is coming, we pretty know that. But if sting is announced or shown - WOW.
I do worry that Mattel can live upto the hype. We are all expecting a lot from sdcc this year. I would suggest more then ever

Yup, he's got a merch deal. Defining Moments Sting with Bat and Jacket anyone? I'd love that, but let me say something....looking at some of the classic Sting photos on WWE.com, I'm gonna be PISSED (to a certain degree) if mattel puts sting's head on a HHH upper body torso. Sting was big, but not huge....Like Ron Simmons. if they give him a sheamus or generic wrestler body (austin/older rock/bulldog/etc...) with fandango arms or something around that look, It wouldn't worry me. |

Surfer Sting - Austin or Savage torso (I've used and liked both) Either Triple H or E20 Rhodes arms. (I'd say Triple H arms now seeing they are giving smaller guys like Ziggler and Rhodes those larger arms) Christian lower body with the Demolition/Batista/Ziggler boots. Crow - Bushwackers torso. E19 Ziggler/e20 Rhodes arms and shoulders. L1 LOD from the waist down. |

I believe perfectlyrude spoke to parks/millican about their belts as it relates to action figure versions. They said they'd be willing to work something out with mattel. 2K and THQ before them did it. Would be an easy thing to arrange, just not sure what the cost would be and if Mattel is willing to pay it. I get so frustrated hearing that they can't do this or that because they need to sign a deal, and seemingly aren't willing to do so. Wouldn't it be nice if we could get kickstarter campaigns going in order to get guys made that they aren't willing to pay for? I mean, granted, we already pay enough for the product, but, hey worst case scenario  |
