Can someone give me a link to some elastic rope that works for the RSR and can someoen give me a price on enough for 3 ropes. thanks

Just go to a craft store. If you can't find elastic rope ask the staff. If it is anywhere, it'll be in a craft store.
It will probably only cost a few $$

if it's not in a craft store I would try ebay. Someone is likely to be selling some.
