Im having a problem painting the legs. When I move the legs, the paint in the middle comes off. should I seal it before I move the joints?

You don't have to, but you can. If it still happens, you might have too much paint in that one area. If that's not the case, then you need to sand where the rub occurs.

I always thin the paint between the legs and paint a couple coats so it doesn't rub off then seal it a couple of times.
