Ok here is what i'm thinkin:can i use a modded unchained fury Chris jericho head(the one that came with a cooler) to make a Raven head and then a modded RA 2 noble body?

IIRC, the UCF series is TTL. To get a TTL head to fit on an RA body, you'll need to carve out or dremel the inside of the head, and then replace the ball joint in the head so that it will be able to pivot like a RA head. Depending on the head, it may look a little small, but if it looks good, I tend to forget the size of the head in favor of the likeness.

Hi Stamboli here it it is one of those figs that a RA nobb in the head so it would fit right in the noble body body but will it lokk good

May work, I would change the lower half of the legs though, so you dont have white things down his legs
