I've seen a couple pictures, and I'm wondering. How bad is it? For those of you that already own it, how different is the skin on the face from the rest of the body? I'm happy Mattel made another head for our former world Champion, but this really wasn't what I was expecting.

I'm sure it's yet another case of
It looks like crap in pics but looks awesome in hand.

The skintone on the face looks complete different then the rest of the body.
They nailed the face and the hair just it isn't painted correctly

Thanks for your post TheChamp420. I plan on doing the same thing, but it's going to need some serious paint work.

No way I'm buying that, it's horrible. I'll wait until they properly mold that head in skin tone and paint the beard. There was a Morrison and Cena that had painted skin tone on the face and it looked just as bad in person as it did in photos. It probably won't bother some people, but it's a major figure pet peeve of mine, so it will always annoy me.

I think it's a great scan and likeness, just wasn't executed very well. Of course when I got mine, it was missing a spot of paint on the tip of it's nose. So annoying.
The painted skin tone isn't bad in person, it just doesn't photograph well imo.

It is probably his best full beard/hair scan. I'm willing to bet they match up perfectly in person. Camera flashes always make painted parts look brighter in pics.

The scan is great but the tone on it sucks. In person it still sucks so don't think it's just the pictures

That Morrison head always bothered me, not to mention the paint scuffed with the slighted touch it seemed especially on the nose. I really didn't think we'd ever see the painted skin tones again, it really kills what could of been a great figure. Won't be long til we see a new one at least.

Looks awesome. You're not meant to look at art up close because you will always find faults like in the scale of your pic.

I think it looks just fine. Will the bitching ever end? I'll answer my own question. No, it won't.

Love the scan but the paint is clearly off.

I can understand it with Morrison and especially this Bryan because of the long hair/beard, but I don't know why they'd have ever cast a Cena head in a different colour... Or the time they did it with Primo.

I can't think of a Cena that had his face painted, but then I don't buy many Cena figures.

Not sure. But I'm gonna wait until maybe a few down the line. I did that with many Jakks Undertaker figs and got lucky. Waited for a while for Mattel to make a better long-haired HHH (when they finally updated his head scan before cutting his hair) and got one.

I think he looks fine, other than the paint anomalies that can happen, similar to mine. Still trying to figure out a solution that doesn't involve me having to buy paint.
