I know a lot of these could be painted a little neater and a lot of the paint is chipping, but other than that, any tips/ advice?

Yeah I agree with deadshot. You have good part choices but you just have to clean up the paint jobs a bit. That will come with time. Just kept practicing. A good tip is to use acetone once you're done painting to get rid of the paint marks and mistakes on the skin. Any nail polish remover will do but 100% pure acetone will clean rust of a bumper. It's good stuff. Good luck

Honestly I agree with everyone when they say that you matching parts especially the melina and Michelle hair set up is very good, but the painting is very messy and I'm nervous that you may have ruined these figures.
