With Mattel in full force I've gotten ride of over 500 Jakks figures I once owned. I really have it down to the good stuff, and even that i keep looking at going "why" I have Elite 16 Kevin Nash why do I need CSDA Kevin Nash? So I'm starting to get rid of my CSDAs....and it's killing me. I had the complete line (S1-8 + exclusives)...only thing I never got was the 1/100 Piper and the RSC Austin "tribute" Anyone else sold their stuff but not easily? I thought I'd be fine with it, but now that some are gone I find myself going "why the did I do that? ?"

I sold off most of my BCA's, keeping only a few. Wish I hadn't now.

If you can, stop selling. A lot of us, myself included, will be rebuying our childhood. And if not our childhoods, then our 'old flames.'
As they say on American Pickers, people want what they used to have.

I sold my classics last year, I had them stacked up in a spare room and didn't think I could get rid of them. Best thing I ever done. You look at them and are like, nahh you can stay. But, once its away I didnt think on it to much but it was a pretty easy process.

I stopped collecting between about 2003-2009, and at some point in there I really needed to come up with some cash. I sold off about a third of my collection, and to this day I'm still kicking myself for it. So many great MOC Jakks figures that I haven't managed to get back :S
Having said that, my collection is getting kind of out of control (taking up tons and tons of space with most stuff being MOC), and I have considered selling off some of the odd bits where I didn't collect a lot of them (R3's most likely) so make space so I can continue growing my TTL and Mattel collections

I'd keep them. If you don't want them put them in your attic or garage or somewhere out the way. Don't sell them. It would be very hard and expensive to get them all back.
