It will happen eventually, not now though. They need to cement someone as THE top guy. As soon as they get that someone(looks like it might be Reigns) to surpass cena as #1, then Cena can turn. I Honestly think Daniel Bryan already surpass Cena as the top face. He means surpassing Cena in reality, not in someone's individual opinion.

He can. Turn off your T.V, easy. So I'm gonna stop watching entirely because of one guy? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. It's your choice, buts that's the only way he's 'going away' right now.

Yeah, no sh*t but I'd only be punishing myself if I were to stop watching completely because of one guy. The whole point of my comment was that life would be better if he left WITHOUT me having to stop watching entirely. Your comment was as pointless as it was useless.

Turning him heel would not be that hard either...
I remember last Wrestlemania during one of the back and forth moments between Cena and the Rock. In that Cena just came across and sounding like a whiney little b****!!! That would be the perfect way to go. Have him start thinking that for some reason he is not getting what he deserves/wants and then complaining on camera all the time.

Wrestling would be better if Cena would've made it as a bodybuilder instead.

How could he turn heel? Who could he turn on? Hogan's heel turn only worked because he turned on the whole company and joined the nWo, there's no equivalent of that threat today.

I agree with this. Except they're too scared to take chances with anyone. Cena's been in that top spot for a long time, but its because anytime someone starts to get really over they either don't get fully behind them (WWE Champion CM Punk playing 2nd fiddle to Cena) or they book them horribly to kill their momentum (Ryback being turned heel just for Cena to beat him and then being booked horribly ever since.) Now I'm not saying that Punk or Ryback or whomever were gonna be the next Top Guy, I'm just saying they do a good job protecting Cena's spot and not taking a chance on building someone up to that.

He was in the ring against Cena before summerslam and everywhere he went any state he got a larger reaction as well! Also it's not opinion it's fact, if Cena were to beat all evolution in one night with an actually crowd backing you can say your stupid ass opinions alrighty ?!?! Don't disrespect people on the board when what this guy originally said was fact. Let me guess you probably have something on my grammar as a respons lol lolololol sorry if this post is mean but tired of the unnessecry Bryan hate and Cena love it's annoying

It doesn't matter if Cena turns heel because the fans that hate him now, will still probably hate him, and people will still complain that he always wins.

He means surpassing Cena in reality, not in someone's individual opinion. he did surpass Cena He really didn't. The poster in question (like most of us in the thread) was talking about Bryan surpassing Cena in reality, not in individual people's opinions. Bryan has never remotely been on Cena's level as far as drawing money -- and until someone is (be it Bryan, Reigns, or someone else), Cena can't/won't be a heel.

Bryan did surpass Cena is crowd reaction, but as far as actually making money. Putting butts in seats, selling merch ect. No one has surpassed Cena.

When you're booed by half the audience, the line is blurred between heel and face so I'm not sure why everyone makes a big deal out of this... But in reality, if he was a "heel," he wouldn't have to do as much media appearances or "Make a Wish" type things, so it probably is true. That said, if, in actuality, Cena "turned heel," he would probably just be cheered by 100% of the audience instead of 50%.
