So I plan on updating my rsr can I spray the ring posts white with spray paint. And then seal it with paint sealer.

Well there is a pretty "super" ring out there that has white posts, unless you don't care for buying another ring or altering an original

Just buy some white string or rope, they sell them somewhere in Walmart.
