Bret hart, the all pink attire really stood out. Loved the undertaker figure but since its a TTL I'm not counting it in this set. Owned all 6 of these but Bret's by far my favourite.

I had to vote for Bret. His attire was 100% dead on

Why is that Taker a different style figure?

Why is that Taker a different style figure? It's a re-release/repaint of TTL 5 Undertaker that's why.

Snuka is great, one instance of Jakks trumping Mattel. What a huge misfire from those guys. Bad attire choice and poor likeness vs. this one with amazing likeness and the only attire that matters for him.

I agree & that one almost gets my vote, but the million dollar man is better than warrior & with that such a close vote...gotta go with him

Bret Hart is my pick. I hate the way Taker is TTL.

Great set, but went with Ted - love the torso and accessories...painted laces were awesome to see back here before Jakks stopped...

This is the first set I ever saw at stores, but never pulled the trigger, but I did end up purchasing all of them on ebay once I finally started collecting when I found CS bobby Heenan .
The best figure in my opinion is Superfly, it's perfect and captures his iconic look perfectly.

The figures intrigued me as I would see them in walmart once in a while a long time ago but I wasnt really a collector until I saw the WM2 RSR with blue steel cage last year Wow that was it how did I miss this ? and then I found out the complete roster they released and I was hooked and its forever just to cool and even with occasional scale issues what a iconic collection of CS that we will never see in any WWF lineup again EVER.

Man I have such fond memories of this set. More so than any other Classic Superstars set. I was a student at Sunderland University at the time these were released and I took a day trip just by my self to a city called Newcastle here in the UK as my bank was there and I had a nice big fat cheque to cash. Forbidden Planet back then was the number one place to get WWE figures so I stopped in and freaked out when I saw CS 3 on the shelves. I snatched Warrior, Bret and Jake off the pegs and took them to the register without a moments hesitation as the long hair duded with the huge beard was ringing me up, I was like WAIT. and I ran and got the other three a impulse purchase that I was so glad I made.
Even though Undertaker is a TTL figure this is a set where to me there is not a single weak link in it. My favorite figure is the Ultimate Warrior, but I loved how the Bret Hart one says its from WM8 on the packaging I wish Jakks did this with more of their figures.
So yeah sorry for the life story but anyway my choice is Ultimate Warrior.
