Let's say Vince McMahon had Bill Gates money, he could literally stack his roster with an unlimited amount of talent. Who would like to see him hire.

He shouldn't add anyone to the current "Active In Ring Talent" roster
He should use that money to vastly improve the in ring product by releasing all the writers and hiring guys and gals who truly understand the wrestling business and use them to make the overall product better and more unpredictable.
And if he truly wants to "Takeover Social Media" he should then use that money to buy out Twitter, Facebook and every other "Social Media" platform and hopefully that will stop the WWE from cramming them down our throats every few minutes.

I still go back to: in the Attitude Era, if the writing staff had nothing for a wrestler, the writer(s) would be let go. Nowadays if the writing staff has nothing for a wrestler, the wrestler gets let go. Makes no sense. We need guys that know wrestling, not soap operas. Writers that connect with the fans. |

Can we just do what we can to improve the current product? At this rate someone that everybody loves will get hired and he will be awesome in NXT. Then he'll get called to the main roster and be absolutely mishandled.

I'd start with a writing staff who loves the business.
Talent wise, I'd sign Joel Senoa, the Motor City Machine Guns, Kevin Steen (might happen soon anyway), and AJ Styles.

The WWE could sign anyone at this point that is available. Hell, they could bring back the entire Attitude Era roster and still have tons of money left over. But as for the workers I'd like to see:
