Okey since mattel probably never going to give us Ludvig Borga figure so i thought i gonna make one

i have never done any customized action figures so i basicly need your help guys

it needs to be an elite MATTEL action figure

1. what parts i need to build one?

2. what other proceedings i need to make?

I would really appreciate if any of you could give me a tips how to make one
