ROYAL RUMBLE LIVE ON PPV
AIR DATE: September 09, 2014
MATCH CARD
8 Man Over The Top Rope Battle Royal 8 of Crown Championship Wrestling's finest competitors will enter the ring for a chance to take part in the night's main event. Who will earn the chance to win C2W's grandest prize, the C2W World Champion?
Tag Team Championship Jeri-Show(Big Show & Chris Jericho) vs. Goldrush (Goldust & Shelton Benjamin) The Big Show and Chris Jericho have proven to be one of the deadliest duos to ever step inside the squared circle. And they have the gold to prove that they are the baddest in the industry today. Can the eccentric team of Goldust and Shelton Benjamin dethrone the current tag champions?
Barbed Wire Match The Dudley Boyz vs. Taz & Sabu This tag match is not about gold or titles. It is about family and revenge. The Dudleyz challenged Sabu & Taz to this barbaric match after Taz brutally assaulted their youngest brother, Spike Dudley. Will The Dudleyz exact revenge? Or will Taz & Sabu prove to be the most extreme?
The Rock vs. Triple H After taking offense to Triple H insulting retired legends, The Rock challenged The Cerebral Assassin to one on one combat. Does the most electrifying superstar of all time still have that spark? Or is it game over for the Brahma Bull?
United States Championship Randy Orton vs. Eddie Guerrero It has been a game of trickery between The Legend Killer and Latino Heat. Both have resorted to less than honest tactics to secure the United States Championship. But tonight, there is no easy way. One of them must incapacitate the other long enough to scale the ladder and retrieve the gold hanging nearly 20 feet above the ring. Will Eddie Guerrero walk out with the gold? Or will Randy Orton become champion of these United States?
C2W World Championship Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Chris Jericho vs. ? At Ring King, Jerry Lawler retained his title against The Undertaker. Tonight, he must defend against two competitors, one of them being the Ayatollah of Rock n' Roll, Chris Jericho. Will Lawler be able to retain his championship gold again? Or will Jericho walk out as the king of the mountain? And who will be the third competitor?!
All of these questions will be answered tonight!
NOTE TO VIEWER: I know that it took me quite some time to release this ppv. Been extremely busy and this may be my last show. To those of you who know me, thank you for your years of feedback and entertainment. I'll be sure to check in on the board and comment more frequently. Take care! And enjoy! Wow, this shows old. Ok. First time watching. I'm not going to view your archive just yet.
First battle royal was... meh. Posing was decent enough, didn't think the finish made sense but I'll wait to see what comes about because of it before I criticize it. I like the figs you're using.
Second tag match.. I like the idea of Goldust and Shelton benjamin as a team. Pretty original. Posing was pretty great in this one but it made Benjamin and Goldust look absolutely unbelievable as any kind of threat. That was probably your intention.
Sabu/Taz vs the Dudleyz was pretty cool, but I didn't like how you didn't have Sabu do any of his normal spots except the diving leg drop, and I didn't like how weak Taz looked.
HHH vs the rock... hopefully this match is a bit more realistic. Match was your best so far. Posing was nice. Finish was meh, DX/Rock feuds are pretty standard and done a lot but I'll wait to see how it plays out.
Eddie/Orton was great.
Main event was pretty great too.
Overall it was pretty decent, although a little on the short side. I dislike how you made Taz, Goldust, and Shelton Benjamin look really bad. Commentary was pretty good and pics were clear. In all honesty I'm not too sold on your storylines but as I've said before I'll wait to see how they pan out.
3/5 stars

Woah! I've missed this fed! It's great to see you back, hopefully this won't be the last of C2W.
I was a little hesitant as the first couple of matches seemed lacking. I don't know if it's your loss of interest or what but I was worried. HOWEVER, from HHH/Rock to the main event, the show was great!
Seeing Benjamin and Goldust look so weak was very disappointing. I feel like maybe they should have dominated Big Show was a while at the beginning before getting squashed. I really like that pairing, it's unique.
Taz/Sabu vs. The Dudley Boys could've used some more back and forth, however it was a great throwback to the ECW days. I think there could've been more buildup to the barbed-wire coming into play. I liked this match but I think it was missing something.
HHH/Rock was very reminiscent of the now classic real-life battles between "The Game" and "The People's Champion." I really liked this match a lot. The ending was a little uncreative but I'm interested to see how it pans out.
Orton/Guerrero - Awesome seeing Eddie used in such a great fashion. This was a fantastic match with some great spots!
Lawler/Jericho/Undertaker - What a stacked main event! I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome!
I will say that's it's great seeing guys that are rarely seen in feds today due to you using RA figures. I know those are more difficult to position so I'll definitely cut you slack when it comes to posing. However, I think you do a great job despite their limitation!

Pretty nice show man good to see you back i always loved C2W Your handling of the Kane character is the inspiration behind mine. 8 man battle royal:Pretty short and to the point posing was good and the match flowed well i liked how you had kane "take one for the team" and eliminate himself. You spoiled that taker was winning in the opening however.
Handicap match: Awesome pairing of dust and benjamin would have liked to see a little more of a fight put up another short but sweet match. i also love how your camera angles manipulate the scaling issues of the jakks figures.
Sabu/Taz vs the dudleys was great! loved the barbed wire and how it was use some nice spots Taz nearly died!
Trips vs HHH was another good but kind of short match. You have a very good feel for everyones moveset.
Orton vs Guerrero was great definitely the match of the night, it had some sick spots. I feel like as soon as the ball gets rolling and i'm really invested in the match it ends. ive never seen that orton half smirk headscan before.
The main event was great loved takers hog. Jericho caught me off guard definitely didn't see that coming.
Overall great show i just would have liked to have seen longer matches

what up wwefan! hope all is well buddy. i remember when you first started pic feeding. i remember checking out this fed a while back. i took a trip down memory lane and checked out the c2w archive to get me all caught up before this ppv. C2W Royal Rumble- nice little hype by vinnie mac. excited for the battle royal tonight, hopefully it's spaced out and not just shots of elimination after elimination. winner gets entered into the world title match tonight. i for sure see jerry lawler dropping the belt tonight. i love how everything is "king" themed btw. king ring ppv, lawler as the inargual champion, and now this season 2 ppv the royal rumble. - royal rumble match. weird format starting with five competitors, why not just start with two like the actual rumble and spaces the match out a bit more. kane coming in and dominating was expected, but still awesome. nice re-igniting the kane/umaga feud during this. taker! he's back! american badass taker! brother's of destruction! kane took a dive for his brother which sends taker to the main event and getting his hands on jerry lawler. i understand the finish, but i think it could have been pulled off a bit better. i like kane's loyalty, but i can smell a possible heel turn down the line. - goldrush/big show, i understand big show wants to ensure y2j's championship victory, and i do love this small roster but i feel it's almost too small having to book a handicap match and having two-out-of-the-three participants in the title match doing double duty. dang, what a squash. i was expecting a title change here. goldust got knocked the out with that punch! da big show looks awesome sized up with ra's. - barbed wire tag match. good job with the barbed wire, looks great! nice touch having a ladder set up for the teams to enter the ring. little details like that make c2w one of the best pic feds going in recent memory. this should be a fun, wild, crazy brawl. love your use of ttls and ra figures. nice blood effects. sabu is stealing the show thus far! crazy splash from bubba to end the match. i don't get why taz got stretchered out, he didn't take the big bump or anything. crazy match though. i was hoping to see more though. maybe more weapon usage or a dudley death drop at least lol. - triple h/the rock. again with the small roster, one of your commentators is squaring off against hhh... i get this concept though. awesome little match here. this really had a "big match" feel to it and was full of back-and-forth action. i loved the pedigree counter into a sharpshooter on the announcers table. rock bottom! wow, this totally reminds me of a wwf match from the attitude era. cool stuff with the hot false finishes and was genrally sad to see this thing end. nice keeping this feud going and having more questions brought to light. didn't expect hbk to attack the rock seeing as trips ended his career back in c2w season one. maybe he wants to be the one to defeat hhh? or maybe degeneration x will emerge in the fed. - u.s. title ladder match. i would have preferred a promo or at least not have rocky commentate the match, it looks rushed and too quick for the rock to just come straight back to the announcing table, but the show must go on. i've really enjoyed the or ton/guerrero feud and this ladder match should tear the house down. nice chaining to start things off rather than going straight into a spot-fest. some generic spots with the ladder, but they all have been built up to perfection. awesome springboard ddt off the ladder from eddie! incorporationg another ladder makes me happy. using the two ladders for the running hurricanrana spot was ing awesome. eddie retains the title! wow, MOTN so far. really fun ladder match. it wasn't just a spot fest like i've seen done in the past with matches with this stipulation. awesome pacing and psychology throughout the contest. nice finish too. great match. - jericho/lawler/undertaker for the c2w world title. cool taker entrance, i dig the skulls on the motorcycle. taker going right after lawler! i liked how taker/lawler was almost a match in-itself. jericho just being an ultimate heel hahaha. the last ride, lawler chair shot was a cool spot. i liked the finish with jericho stealing the win and becoming the new champion. what a way to end the ppv and season two. so much stuff to look forward too in the future.. new additions to the roster, taker/lawler, jericho as a double champion, the shawn michaels situation, etc... i hope this isn't your last show, but if it is i understand. what a way to go out if this is the last time we'll see c2w. awesome work as always wwefan.

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to those who replied. I haven't filmed anything since this show, but have a small itch to continue fedding. When I get some extra time and funds I will probably rebuild my arena and wrap up some of these ongoing feuds. Great to see that a lot of guys I recognize still visit the board every now and then. Great to hear from you Shadow, Tyler and kc!
