Does anyone know why the Sylvain Grenier and Rob Conway figures that came in a two pack together had TTL arms? I'm thinking of buying them but I'm not sure because of the arms.

Jakks blamed the TTL arms on the figures in that whole wave (except Teddy Long & Rey Mysterio) as part of "Chinese New Year."

There was never a clear explanation for why they had the TTL arms; only that it was because of Chinese New Year. It turned into a running joke here where sometimes a proto would have a great amount of detail on it and then the finished product would be sorely lacking.

Giving what would be Sylvan Grenier's only figure a great RA body with TTL arms is one of Jakks' most unforgivable mistakes
