I've never crapped on the part timers. I like it. Keeps things fresh and from becoming stale. RVD is the only part timer that really didn't do anything for me. Rock, Jericho, Lesnar have all been great in their part time roles.

If the WWE was smart, they would start buying up and producing these podcasts by people like Austin, Ross, etc. Imagine how popular a CM Punk podcast would be if they convinced him to host one. They could include them as part of the WWE Network.

They could include them as part of the WWE Network. They'd ruin the fun of them. They wouldn't be able to talk abput stuff freely.

I love Austin. He could come back and beat the entire roster one by one and I would be cool with it. So I'm ready for anything. I'm making a mental note of this particular quote, friend, and should Austin come back and proceed to go full 3:16 on everyone's asses you better not complain! I'm not one of the usual complainers. I still love Punk, I'm a Cena fan, I could watch Sheamus and Cesaro over and over again. Only very rarely when I voice displeasure over something. Such as any time I see Heath Slater on my tv.

I'd love the idea of the wwe board being brought back to keep the evil owners in check like they did to Vince during the attitude era. They could say hhh and steph have abused their powers long enough and someone needs to keep them in check. Austin is introduced as a co-ceo with hhh and has 50/50 power like he did during his gm days. Easy way to bring him back in a part time role.

Wow, imagine if John Cena did turn heel.... and joined The Authority....
Then Stone Cold came back to battle the heel Cena with The Authority.... that would be good TV....
Would certainly boost Network subscriptions.....

Probably just WWE wanting a quick buck off of Austin merch. But, the possibility does remain. I'll be willing to bet within the next 2-4 years, we'll see the "last Austin match" (if he has one) at Mania.

Yeah, that'd be great to get Cena booed out of the building even more so than now. Wrestlemania... Austin vs Punk Rock vs Brock Sting vs Taker at that point... does a WWE title match even matter?.... None of those are happening, for a plethora of reasons. I love Austin. He could come back and beat the entire roster one by one and I would be cool with it. So I'm ready for anything. Yeah, make everyone look like crap by getting whooped by a guy who's been retired for 12 years. I want to hear that glass break on Raw again!!! Me too, but not if he's coming back to face Cena or if he's going to just pimp the network like Hogan. I'm making a mental note of this particular quote, friend, and should Austin come back and proceed to go full 3:16 on everyone's asses you better not complain! "WHY IS HE BURYING ALL THE YOUNG TALENT?!? HES NOT EVEN ON ALL THE RAWS" Yeah f that I would absolutely LOVE that. You'd get sick of it, just like people did with Rock and Hogan. They didn't come in hated, people started to hate Rock when he never showed up, couldn't work and wasn't the same Rock from 1999. People got sick of Hogan because he shows up to solely promote the network. Soooo Brock returns for a part time role and people crap on it. The Rock returns for a part time role and people crap on it. Hulk Hogan returns for a part time role and people crap on it. Stone Cold might return for a part time role and it's the greatest thing to ever happen. Ooooook. I like Austin just as much as anyone. But to just be another part timer? Nah. No thanks...what? what? what? what? what? Exactly. Stone Cold is the GOAT, but I don't want to see him in 2014, he'll be a shell of his former self. I'm not against this idea. I wouldn't mind seeing him vs The Authority. That happened, in an infinitely better angle about 16 years ago.

rustyy I didn't get sick of The Rock during his recent stint at all. I loved every time he appeared. Bought tickets for two of his appearances on Raw in Boston just to see him. And I'm sitting here watching old nitros and I was just thinking how I would love to see MORE hogan. Steve Austin could come back and stun the entire roster every Monday for a year straight. Then maybe, MAYBE I would grow tired. But probably not ;p

Well, to each their own, but Rock/Punk was what they wanted Rock/Cena to be. More Hogan would be awful, he can't wrestle again, despite what he says and there is really nothing left for him to do, what would you like to see?

I didn't like Austin as a wrestler in the slightest, but I loved the hell out of him when he became sheriff/commissioner/GM/whatever else he was later on. Gimme the ATV with lil' flags whippin' around as he shoots it around the ring and I'm more than happy to see him be silly on a weekly/nightly basis.

I think Austin is the one guy who pretty much 99.99999 percent of the WWE fan base accepts coming back for one night, flipping people off, slamming a few beers and hitting some guy with a stunner and then walking away. And no one complains, because Austin is just flat out awesome! Austin in the WWE even if its just a couple of times a year is always a good thing no mater what he does.

And Triple H or Orton would be two good choices for his possible opponent. I could see Austin in a similar role like he was when Bischoff was in charge. A sheriff or a commissioner type of role. And after awhile of undermining the Authority, Austin agrees to face one of them at WM31. Seems easy to book.

I want Austin to become the Authotiy figure and replace HHH and Steph on TV for a while, it'd freshen things up quite a bit.

I'd like to see him come back for a bit longer this time rather than a few one offs.

I completely believe Austin will not be back back or doing anything WWE related until we are closer to Mania 32 in Dallas. And that is a HUGE if.
