I remember being a huge fan of the Radicals, and so pumped that I would finally get all 4 in the same figure form style (We never got a Toybiz Eddie, a TTL Dean, or an RA Perry Saturn)
Dean was rumored to be in ROR3 instead of Stephanie Or Eddie and looking back, I would have gladly had him instead of Eddie since we got quite a few Guerrero's (Even though ROR3 was the best TTL Eddie)

A 4-pack would have been so amazing, I always recall hearing this rumor too as a kid.
It was also always funny to me that all the Rulers of the Ring sets had a 6th mystery figure that was never confirmed until they hit the stores (Series 1 Edge although Christian was rumored, Series 2 Crash although Hardcore Holly was rumored, Series 3 Stephanie although Malenko was rumored and Series 4 Shane McMahon although Val Venis was rumored)
