I don't mind that the hand is open. I hate that it is badly sculpted. On the deluxe figures the open hand looks fine. It always looks too huge and ridiculous on ruthless figures. Also, where it connects to the wrist piece looks weird and unfinished. I just would like accessory gripping hands on all figures honestly. I can pretend a closed fist punch with a grip hand much easier than I can pretend both legs of a chair in a closed fist or fists.

LOL, at first I thought you guys were talking about these arthritic hands: I hated it. I hated it more than the "grab" hand with the bent fingers that looked ridiculous. Just give them fists for gods sake! Never understood them. How are figures supposed to hold weapons (steel chair for example) or titles without those open kung fu grip hands? They should be the default for wrestling figures IMO. Now interestingly, these weren't a new mold like everyone assumed they were. They were retooled from a BCA Mankind figure from 1998-99. God knows why they reused them in RA era, let alone for Flair or even bloody Kidman among others.

What used to annoy me as a kid was that they never gave Edge a hand to hold stuff with. Always a closed fist and the bitch slap hand.
