How do you switch the open hand with a fist hand...
do you boil... I hope theres another trick. Please give me step by step because I am a little slow.

i think youjust boil the arm. then afterwards just take pliers and pull the hand out and put the new hand in. hope that helps.

unless you just want to swicth the hand and not the whole wrist
Then just slightly heat up the hand area and use a flat head screwdriver to pop the peg out and take the hand off, get the hand in place and try and get the peg back into the hole in the hand (biting down usually helps), sounds much harder than it actually is

If you want just the hand, there's a way to do it.
Get a hair dryer. You see the hinge on the hand, before the wrist swivel? Heat that with the hair dryer, on high heat. Using a precision screwdriver, push that pin out. To get the other hand on there, heat up both parts (the hand and the wrist) and push the pin back in.
Throw it in the freezer for about a minute. It's to cool it down.
This kinda echoes what BoyWonder wrote (BoyWonder, I didn't know you were here!).
