When JBL and Michael Cole said anyone who paid the $54.99 for the HIAC PPV were foolish, when they could have gotten it for just $9.99 on the WWE Network??
I know it ticked me off a bit. For one, I am Canadian, and only Rogers Cable has it. And Rogers Cable is only located in certain areas, so my local cable company doesn't have it for me to get.
I get that they want to plug the WWE Network for the whole "$9.99" thing, but it kind of insults us people who HAVE to pay the $54.99 for the PPV because we don't have the WWE Network.
So do these little snide remarks that the WWE (Cole, JBL, King) make on the PPV bother anyone else??

I'm not from the UK, but I can see how that would make people mad. It's a really bad idea by them, because who knows if the Network will fold someday and they'll have to go back to PPV's.

Well, we could of had the Network by now if they didn't push it back by a month and that is just to announce the actual date we get it.

That does suck man. Its sort of a slap in the face to those who have no access to the network. On another note, I had no idea ppvs are $54.99 now... that's fairly excessive.

Well only £15 here in the UK but yeah I thought it was a bit stupid but we're getting a launch date this week so hopefully we're not waiting much longer.

Prices for PPVs have never been anywhere near $50 in the UK. Plus all of us Wfigs members in Canada and the UK are on the internet, so we can easily access the network in the US if we want. I did it, but didn't get enough out of it to renew.

Yeah I'm hoping they mention it tonight on Raw because Saturday seems like a weird day to announce the launch to me.

PPVs in the UK are a lot cheaper than in the US. Normal ppvs are around $25 and Wrestlemania just a couple of dollars more. Plus 4 PPVS of the year cost nothing if you subscribe to Sky Sports, but you need to buy this to watch Raw and SD anyway.

We've never had to pay $55 for a PPV over here. Since 2004 it's only been $25 but with the release of the Network it's gone up to $30. It's still not much of an increase but I'll stick to $9.99 Maggle!

That shot was towards people who COULD have access to The Network. Truthfully, You are an idiot if your paying more than $9.99 for a PPV from WWE.

i honestly couldn't really believe they had people paying $40+ a month on wwe ppvs. completely absurd. wrestlemania was of course even more.
as the dude a few posts above me said, i'll go to the theater and drop a fraction of what it would cost to watch it on a massive screen.

Well I have the American WWE Network but it's pretty dumb how the Network is configured in Canada. Nevermind the fact that even for the people in Canada that do have the Network, they aren't paying $9.99.
