First thread in quite a few years here. Anyway, can you take a games console such as the Xbox One from the UK to Europe and it will work there? Assuming I bought a European plug adaptor of course. There's a 99% chance that I'm moving to Amsterdam in the new year and there's no way I'm leaving my XB1 behind. If you have any knowledge on this then it would be appreciated.

The UK is in Europe?
Unless you're from an alternate reality where Farage actually becomes PM. And in that case, my deepest sympathies.

Continental Europe, where they all drive on the other side of the road (mostly) and have different plugs. And I don't believe there are enough people stupid enough to put Farage into Downing St.

From what I gather you'll be fine with an continental plug adapter. The issue you may encounter is if the TV over there can play PAL format, but I'm sure that is easily resolved too. This is just going off what I've read online and my mate that has done something similar!
