Hello, I am no good at the customs. Everytime I try something, the figure is just in pieces. My customs consist of a head switch. Like I would love to have a Cade without the jacket, but it wont happen. So ill wait, for like a year, maybe in a PPV set or something, we will get a jacketless Cade. Anyways, I loved the US Express, I know most people dont care or maybe even know them. I was so excited to see a Windham and Rotundo in CS 11, then it was switched to IRS. So I am going to do a head switch custom. However the only extra figure I have in blue trunks with the CW torso is Ric Flair from CS 9. Is there anyway to remove the "RF" from the boats and trunks without having to paint it? If I paint it it will just end up on other figures, and well probably just look crappy. I know its paint on paint and this may be a stupid question, but what the heck, Ill have 6 of you call me dumb and have my answer. Thanks for reading guys

That's a sticky situation man.
OK, if the boots are a solid plastic color and not painted than than you can just use nail polish remover to get rid of the logo.
Maybe get a Sharpie or permanent marker of some time to write over the logo.

CS 9 Flair. The trunks/boots are blue? If so, your best bet would be to paint over them. If you try to remove the "RF" from them, you'll end up taking the paint off of the trunks/boots anyhow. Get some Testors paint (from Wal*Mart if you have one nearby), and you won't have to worry about the paint getting on other figures once it dries.
