do RA heads fit on DA bodys the same way (u know just pull it off n swap?)

Definitely the answer is yes to both questions. That's why a lot of customizers are converting many of their favorite RA figures to DA.

Yes. The hands are the exact same size; some of the DA heads (Kane) look out of scale, but it'll work for an RA body; most, if not all, RA heads will also fit on the DA bodies.
