I usually can find positive aspects of films when few can, but this was not one of those cases. I didn't like this movie at all. At almost every turn they mad the wrong decisions. Story, design, character traits, none of it worked either with the world they built or TMNT as a larger brand.
There were a couple of action scenes that were ok, though not great and one or two scenes of the turtles being brotherly that almost work, but since nothing round those pieces fit with them, they ultimately fall flat as well.
The worst part is that to really showcase how bad the movie was, we just recently got into the third season of the new series, which is absolutely amazing and where all of the a changed and updates have worked beautifully. Why couldn't they have done that with the movie?

Oh yeah, that police sketch was hilarious.
