Out of the 4 Terminator films in this esteemed franchise which one would be your favorite if you had to choose out of the 4 and explain why?

T2 was one of the most influential movies in my life, as a kid.
I don't think I'd be who I am, or pursuing what I love, without it.

Judgment Day hands down because of the T-1000 but also because of the fact that I just loved Edward Furlong as John Connor

T2, by roughly a country mile. It's without question, at least in my opinion, the lifeblood that the Terminator franchise survives on to this day.
I'm super pumped for the new film. I just picked up the Entertainment Weekly that covered the first look and it looks/sounds pretty awesome. Big fan of Matt Smith, love me some Emilia Clarke, and I'm super pumped at what they are doing with Arnold and the CGI and paying homage to some of the original scenes. Interested to find out about the bad guy too that they are working hard to keep under wraps.

Yes I too am pumped for Terminator 5: Genisys because it is coming out July 2015 approximately July 1, which is Canada Day for Canadians like myself but from what I hear the bad guy is supposed to be a T-1000 at least that is what the rumor is

I really have no idea though. I've read Taylor allude to the big bad multiple times but no idea what it will actually be when it shows up on screen. I know Kalogridis and Lussier went out of their way to reintroduce elements that fans of the original films will feel nostalgic over, to the point where they recreated scenes from the original. So I do expect the main bad guy to feel familiar to us on some level.

I voted for Salvation... there is a great fan edit of it called "The T4 Cut" that is my favorite Terminator story to date. I really wish we would have gotten at least one sequel, because I thought their take on the story was interesting. It's a shame the theatrical/director's cuts were both kind of a mess.

I actually thought Rise of the Machines was not that bad either, Nick Stahl was actually a good John Connor but also Claire Danes she was a better Katherine Brewster than Bryce Dallas Howard in Salvation but also Kristanna Loken was sexy as hell as the T-X

T2 is running away with the poll because it is hands down one of the greatest sequels in movie history but also because of the CGI back then with the T-1000 but also T-2 also had a great story behind it as well

The first one wasn't that bad either because of Kyle Reese, John Connor's father being sent back through time to protect his mother Sarah and in the process fathering John, and in a sense they are recreating that with Terminator 5

T2 is just a masterpiece. Love that movie. This. James Cameron just knocked movies out of the park in general in the 70's/80's:9o's... And Stan Winston, the one man alive that I would kiss on the cheek! Alien, Predator, Terminator, Abyss...... Legendary work!

T2 and it's not even close. That said, I also liked the first and third films, just not as much. Salvation was the only one that I didn't like.

Salvation was not that bad come on, I mean yes provided it did not have Arnie in the film but in a way he was kind of in the movie all be it digitized but still Christian Bale was awesome as John Connor

T2 all day.
However, the original has really grown on me in recent years. As a kid, I didn't care for it too much but really appreciate it when I watch it back now.
