3. Triple Threat Match for the WWE European Championship: William Regal vs. D’Lo Brown vs. X-Pac
Finding the greatest European Champions in WWE history was a challenging task; after all, the title existed only from 1997-2002. However, Shane McMahon – a former European Champion himself – was up for the task! The Chairman has booked three superstars with the most reigns as European Champion, two of them making their returns to the WWE after several years of absence!
D’Lo Brown, a 4-time European Champion, will make his return to the WWE after a four year absence. Brown was a staple of the Attitude Era mid-card; in fact, D’Lo Brown has the distinction of being the first Superstar to capture both the Intercontinental and European Championships at the same time. Can D’Lo add a fifth reign to his impressive resume?
X-Pac is one of the most explosive European Champions of all-time. The D-Generation X mainstay had an exciting feud with D’Lo Brown over the European Championship and even went toe to toe with the new owner of the WWE over the European Championship. X-Pac is looking to break it down and capture his third European Championship.
William Regal is a current member of the WWE roster. The vicious brawler from Liverpool is also a four-time European Champion, one of the proudest achievements of his illustrious career. Can “Sir” William Regal capture the European Championship and make his home continent proud yet again?
2. Cruiserweight Open for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Billy Kidman vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Juventud Guerrera vs. Super Crazy vs. Tajiri vs. Kid Kash vs. Nunzio vs. Jamie Noble vs. Brian Kendrick vs. Paul London
The Cruiserweight Championship served as an integral part of both WCW and WWE’s Smackdown! brand. The recently retired title is back for one night and Shane McMahon has invited several of WWE’s past and present Cruiserweights to have a chance to win the belt for a final time. This will be the second Cruiserweight Open in WWE history and it will surely be one hell of a high flying, uncontrollable match!
