Nope. I've got the Basic 31 right next to me, and unless the new one has something like "BIG SMELLY MONSTER" written on the back, they're identical.

I welcome any Divas, just because they're released so infrequently that you don't get many retreads. But agreed; with the Rusev Elite announced, this set is pretty much destined to be peg-clogging filler.
