The most major point of making a young Steiner work, lies in your power to mold a mullet onto a head.

For a quick fix, use a Brutus Beefcake head. Otherwise, maybe mold the hair onto an RVD or JBL (first scan) head.

Give him a SHW torso (may want to mold a singlet on it, since it'd look better than just painting one), and it should turn out ok.
