Take a hair dryer, on high heat, and heat the area where the pin is...where the hand is connected to the wrist. After it becomes rubbery, take a precision screwdriver (or something in similar size) and push the pin out.
Put in the freezer for a minute, and it will become hard again.

Yeah AF's got the right idea. Basically you want to heat the hand to soften the plastic and pop it out, but be careful not to strech out the rubber peg.
You could also stick it in some boiling water for awhile and pull it out. Am I correct on that AF?

Ian is also correct on this. You can boil a pot and stick the desired part in it, and then continue the method of removing the pin. Or, you can microwave a cup of water, it'll give you the same effect.
I myself don't do this though, as it can discolor the figure....I've had it happen before, hence why I don't condone it. Also, it can be quite messy.
But, to each his own. You just have to find out what method you prefer.

OK, good call, man. I have never had that experience myself, but I can see how that would be completely possible. Since I repaint the entire figure anyway I don't really think about it. I guess to be on the safe side I would recommend boiling water in a bowl or cup in the microwave, and then putting the figure in there. Don't put it back in the microwave, because it will melt the figure. If you are worried about the figure discoloring, use a blow dryer or something like that. P.S. Thanks for the info AF. Have some Karma.
