i need help on making a long trench coat for a custom ra jeff jarett but dont know what material to use and dont know the correct measurments need help + karma for every response

i got the harder cloth and light light cloth what about measurments

As far as measurements you're going to have to eyeball it, if you know what I mean.
The best tips I can give are these:
1) Make a pattern on paper. What I mean is draw out the shapes of the robe on paper before you cut it out. This is easier then you think. Basically you should sketch out the back section first. Fold that in half and modify the collar to do the two sides. Since both sides are the same you can use the same pattern just flip it around.
Remember to make the pattern a little bit bigger than you want the jacket to be because you will have to stitch the sides.
2) Cut out the material using the patterns.
3) Stitch the material together. Alternately I suppose you could glue the seems together if you have a really strong glue. Also, I added elastic under the arm holes of the vest I did to make it easier to take on and off the figure.
