I wanted to make a stonce cold custom, I have a RA16 Head, does anyone know what fig I can use for the Superheavyweight torso which has white wrist tape, black trunks and short boots with no tatoos?

Your best bet is JBL from AD 9.
Austin wears black wrist tape quite a lot. The only thing wrong with the fig is that the boots are a tad bit tall, but there is no figure that fits Austin perfectly.
There's nothing currently in stores and I doubt you could find it on Ebay by itself, so you should try Classifieds.
