What i want is to put 1/100,1/25,1/20 stickers on cs boxes i have the images with the stickers but how do i make them shiny?karma is involved.

You could laminate them, but then they'd be really hard. I'm sure there's some kind of paper you could buy that would be close, although I'm sure it would be more expensive.

Yeah man, laminating them would work.
Alternately you can buy a gloss sealer at any craft section or store.
You might even want to try just brushing it with regular school glue and water. It won't make it very shiny but it'll give it a smooth look.

just buy some special photo paper thats shiny

You can buy a special silver or gold foil paper and just print the deco on it.
I did it when I made a 1/1 Million Dollar Man in tux... worked out fine.

put clear contact paper on it

Brush it with watered down school glue. It usually dries clear, like a decal.
