If it's true that he's coming back, I guess it's cool. I became a big Shelton Benjamin fan when he got his push on RAW in 2004 after getting drafted, which included a 3 win streak against HHH, correct me if I'm wrong about the number. He's a fine mid carder and a great wrestler, but he lacks what Morrison and Cesaro lack in and that's charisma, even though I thought his short run with Mama Benjamin was hilarious. The only matches I would interested in seeing would be him against Tyson Kidd, Ziggler and Cesaro. After that, I can't really think of anything else I'd be interested in seeing him in.

And I don't understand why everyone's tripping over each other to be the first to say "HE WILL NEVER BE A MAIN EVENTER OMG HE'S USELESS". What do you guys want or expect WWE to do? Who should they be breaking the bank to re-sign? Shelton is a rock-solid midcard workhouse. There's no good reason not to bring him back. WWE's midcard is  ing terrible right now. I'd be all for another babyface IC title run. He was the best IC champion of the last decade, at least. |

Man.... I was hoping this was going to be about Don Muraco!!
And then finally at Wrestlemania, we would have gotten "The Rock" Don Muraco vs. "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson in the battle of who really was the greatest Rock in the WWE!

Can't wait! *sigh* My guess is that the WWE couldn't get RVD to come back for a short term deal to put over the WWE mid card (that won't get pushed into the main event anyhow) so they had to get Shelton to come back to put over the WWE mid card (that once again, won't get pushed into the main event anyhow). |

This whole "Anyone that likes any wrestler is automatically a stan that wants the guy to be world champion" strawman that prevents people from sharing reasonable, logical opinions about wrestlers is so boring. It's one of the reasons why watching WWE seems like such a chore these days.

I think his tweet pretty much sealed his fate if he comes back: The Bunny will be revealed to be Shelty B!
Unfortunately Charlie Haas can't come back with him to help the tag team division because he retired forever or something during a (drunken) ROH show.
