IMO The Bottom Part of the Steel Stairs is a MUSTHAVE accessory to come with some elite figure.
We all know that the WWE has two sets of steel stairs across their ring, but unfortunately we only got 1 set to come with the toy scale ring. now if you want 2, you have to break your head trying to find someone who is actually willing to trade you his, or find a good price on one, or sometimes to buy a whole new ring just for the steps. which is really sucks.
I know we got to see the upper part come with many figures like brock lesnar or mark henry, but it is useless without the bottom part to attach to the ring post.
Please Mattel make this item unrare by releasing it in the next lines here and there.

Too big for the Elite box, otherwise it would be considered. Package size needs to stay a certain size or we pay to ship empty air, not cost effective to do.

it was only annoying w/ the RSC Cactus Jack.
because we almost had black steps for an elite Attitude ring.
i'm sure Wicked cool toys will make an Attitude era ring though
