I'm not sure exactly what you mean by dusters, but I would guess you still want to use any acrylic based paint. Go to a Games Workshop and buy the paints they have there, they're awesome.

You're talking about the plastic vests and jackets that you actually put on the fgures, or the plastic blister packaging that the figure comes in?

I've heard of people mixing some liquid latex in with the acrylic paint.. it supposedly keeps it flexable.
