The only one that's comes to mind is the Honky Tonk Man
Just use the Whole CS8 Jerry "The King" Lawler figure and just mold the face a little. After all the Honky Tonk Man and the King are Cousins that look alike.

Haku
Head Sakoda (Hair Modification)
Torso Brody
Legs Snuka
Mr Fuji
Head: (he is tough there aren't alot of Choices I will say a very modded Sakoda for him take off Beard sand hair in worse case a heavily modded Danny Basham)
Torso should be small and modded to have a Gut (go a bit smaller then the one for Gordy or Murdoch)
Legs: should be similar to the Samoans I suggest modifying Snuka
Dino Bravo
Head: I suggest either Don Muraco or Buddy Roberts
Body: use Muraco
