I think this would be very easy to do once i get my hands on one...besides painting the tights black what else would have to be done...maybe a custom McGuinness T-Shirt?

The hair. You have to do something about the hair on top.
I'd be inclined to say that maybe the Shannon Moore head would work better.

If Nigel hasn't changed his hair since his last apperance in IWA (maybe TPI 04? not too sure), he didn't have a mohawk, he has spikes at the front of his hair.
You'd need to sand off the tattoos on Kennedy.

The Moore skintone is tan when the Kennedy one is more the regular skintone.
