well what do you have? give us a list of head you can use and we will tell you. dreamer is the best but i had seen a johny stamboli head work and dude the sig? uncool.... lol

Like stated above, tell us what you have to work with. We can sit here and make a ton of suggestions, but if you already know what you do and don't have, it won't mean a thing.
As stated already, Dreamer and Stamboli work well. I've also seen a modded Yokozuna head work pretty damn good too.

Damn man...unless REALLY modded, I don't think those would work too well. You'd likely have to use molding and such, to create somewhat of a Joe-esque look.
If you have the Batista with the serious scan, you could mod the nose and hair a bit to pull something off. It could work, if you applied the time and effort I guess.
To be honest, if you have a few dollars to spare, just put an ad in the classifieds for one of those figures. Or maybe hope that they relase another Dreamer in an ECW line down the road.
