My tablet was on the charger for a day and a half and wouldn't charge at all. Because of it not charging, I got pissed and threw it on the floor. I go to press the power button while it's on the charger and the screen would only show distorted colors. Is there anyway to fix a distorted screen on a tablet, or will I have to get a new one?

My tablet is a Trio Stealth G2.

Check google or something or try to find a local shop that could do it.
