We've had this post a few times, maybe it should be stickied or put in the FAQ. I mean, a sticky post of everyone's personal skin tone would be pretty interesting, I think.
OK, so my advice is to buy a jar of the Citadel Colour Elf Flesh at your local Games Workshop (if you have one, otherwise some toy stores and hobby shops might carry it).
The last skintone I used was made by mixing about equal parts of Tamiya "flesh" and white and adding a few drops of brown.
I also recommend mixing a fairly large porting of your custom skin tone in an empty paint jar so that you can use it again for any touch-ups that might be needed. It's always hard to mix exactly the same color twice.

What shade will mixing the flesh and brown paints make? I'm wanting to do two customs, an indy wrestler friend of mine -- he's a little on the pale side -- and Umaga. What paints would you suggest for them?
