This is a tough one, really love Jesse, and Pillmans figures, Jeff's is great too. Tazz is also a strong figure, but my vote goes to the Body.

Ventura's announcer figure later on in the line was a more complete figure than this one was. CS21 had the Jakks staple of missing back designs and unpainted laces. This is one of Jeff's least colorful figures, but it's a perfect representation of the Hardy Boyz in '99 just as they were breaking out:  |

Pillman for me as I only collect 1 of each guy and I prefer announcer Ventura as he was more my era and Buff's gear was much better on the deluxe as I prefer non faction specific figures when I can get them

Idk how anyone can vote Pillman with that ridiculous headscan but I have to go with Buff. Very cool fig. Jeff is up there too.
