What is the best way to take the rubber hair off a fig? I know this is in the *Please Read* post but some one told me not to put figs in any boiling water, cuz they might get warped or melt. So what shall i do?

heat water in the microwave for 1 minute its not boiling put the fig in the water let sit for 2 minutes remove take screwdriver and take off the hair

I've boiled over 100 figures for customizing reasons and have never had them boil or warp.

you could possibly use a hair dryer to warm it up... but like Sid Justice said, most of us customizers boil our figures at many stages of the game without a problem.
