Am i right in thinking that to get a head off an RA figure, you just put your finger under the chin and lift up - then it should pop right off?

Yeah, some you may need to apply a shitload of pressue, but a thumb under chin and pop!

i always put the head in boiling water first for a minute or 2 just to make it easier to remove the head
